Zen Do-In is an invigorating and special style of Do-In. Zen Do-In has been practiced for decades in Zen temples in Japan. The exercises from this Digital Masterclass are transferred from the temple Bukkoku-Ji, where it is practiced each morning. When your energy flows well, this strengthens your capacity to be fully present, for example during Zen meditation. This series is also known as taiso or Zen-Yoga.
Eastern and Western insights come together. On the basis of three old Do-In series (shown on video, photo, and described in an extensive workbook) you learn which exercises are important for rejuvenation. You will also learn three acupressure series with a rejuvenating effect. And you will receive an explanation of the how and why of these exercises.
The Window of the Sky Points is a set of ten acupoints that have a deep effect. The acupressure-points relax the neck area. They also "connect the head with the body", so that, for example, your plans and your amount of energy are aligned.
